I spent many years in senior finance and leadership roles while raising a young family, working in environments where clear thinking and accountability were required every day.

Alongside my career, I invested in my own development - studying leadership and coaching, and doing the personal work required to lead well.

My path hasn’t been linear. I’ve rebuilt more than once. I’ve navigated uncertainty, responsibility, and significant personal change while continuing to operate at a high level.

That experience shapes how I work.
